WINTOUR&GUINNESS: CARA DELEVINGNE TAKES ON KATE MOSS'S VOGUE COVER AS SHE LAUNCHES THE FASHION BIBLES SPIN OFF MISS VOGUE

Kate Moss’s mini-me seems to be the amazing Cara Delevingne these days and Cara is hot on the heels of her predecessor as she covers the launch issue of Miss Vogue in the UK, while Kate covers the original. The new ‘it’ girl will go up against the veteran model in the first edition of the younger publication, which will be sold alongside Kate’s beach chic shoot for Vogue. The Conde Nast publication decided on the killer pairing of Cara and Kate for the eagerly-anticipated launch, after the 20-year-old was dubbed the ‘new Kate Moss' last year.

The Croydon-born star, who shot her first cover for the magazine in 1993, was photographed by the legendary Patrick Demarchelier for this month’s spread and boy does this cover deliver big time. Seeming to take inspiration from the 1960s, in one shot Kate sits on a yacht in side-tied pink hotpants and a white fringed vest top. While Cara, shot by Angelo Pennetta, shows off her preppy side in striped shorts and a sleeveless top with the magazine’s name emblazoned across the front.

The premiere edition of Miss Vogue, which comes with the June issue of the main Magazine, follows in the footsteps of the American publication Teen Vogue, which first launched back in 2003.
